Question:
calcifiacation on my left heel bone backside,want to now about ultarsound and laser procedure.

Doctor's Reply:
Neither ultrasound or laser will remove the bone spur. Laser only cuts soft tissue and not bone. Ultrasound as a physician modality may be useful. Cortisone injections and calf stretching are also commonly recommended prior to surgical excision.
